Re: Red Rings of Death!

There's a trick where you wrap the console in towels & leave it on. Not sure quite how it works but it causes the console to shut down from overheating. When you turn it on again after cooling, it forces it to reboot in an alternative way I think & essentially forgets that it was previously...

Re: Red Rings of Death!

It took me a while to realise that the rebels were on my side. I gunned down a few of them in front of their mates. I don't fully understand the sniper rifle either. I need to buy a scope for my M4 but it's ludicrously expensive. My sniper rifle (GSR something or other) cannot be customized either. ...

Re: Red Rings of Death!

the missus rented little big planet out last night. Haven't played it yet although I am informed that it's one of the most stunning looking games ever created. Looking forward to seeing what it's like. Played some more MGS last night. Just defeated that crazy laughing bint with the tentacles. Pretty...

14? :oogle: That's shocking.

Not sure I'll bother keeping it once it's fixed then if It's gonna need repairing every year. PS3 appears to be a much better built console.

Re: Red Rings of Death!

Yeah dude It's pretty annoying. Compared to some people I know it's had very little use. There's a trick where you wrap the console in towels & leave it on. Not sure quite how it works but it causes the console to shut down from overheating. When you turn it on again after cooling, it forces it ...

Red Rings of Death!

Anyone else had this happen to their 360? Had my console for 9 months and now it's fucked. The towel trick worked briefly but no joy. Furthermore, out of the 15 or so people I know who own a 360, only two of them are yet to suffer the RROD. A couple of them have had it happen twice. That's a pretty ...

Re: why wont games install on my pc any more?

Can programs still be installed in 'Safe Mode'?

Might wanna try that.

It could also be that your PC is running something else in the background that's stalling it. Maybe look at stopping various non-essential processes so the computer can concentrate on processing your software installation.

Has anyone ever seen The Serpent & The Rainbow? It's a pretty creepy Wes Craven film about voodooism & zombification. Worth a watch.

Shallow & the Deep

Please take a minute to check out my new Hip Hop band. A studio album is already produced & we're in the process of arranging the parts for a live show. Keep your ears peeled.

Hope you enjoy it.

I played a gig with the king blues guys years ago. They were in a band called 'Ramraid the Offy' at the time. Full credit to them. They've done amazingly well for themselves.

Re: jesus cocksucking christ

We all know that the populous is massively conditioned by the media. That particular list is full to the brim with unadmirable human beings. I'm surprised David Cameron hasn't caught a sympathy vote and been listed there. I heard there was a recent poll about Britain's best songwriter ever. Gary Bar...

Started drinking at 11:30 dude. I was an absolute disgrace to myself. There was a transvestite there. I told him he looked like Christopher Biggins. He didn't appreciate it. Cool gig.

Re: Best XBox game to buy at the moment?

The Xbox is a great console, I just think FPS should really be played on a PC. I've not tried this yet, but can anyone tell me whether you can re-configure your buttons on an Xbox FPS to include a USB mouse? Ever since Timesplitters came out, i've been crap at using the right thumbstick to aim. Puts...

Re: Best XBox game to buy at the moment?

I'd have a look in Blockbuster for the trade-ins dude. I got Soul Calibur IV on a '2 for £28' offer. It's a fucking hard game actually. Not quite as hard as Dead or Alive though. I've pretty much got a sticky wet end in anticipation of Street Fighter 4. Think it comes out in February. Also, I think...

Re: tattoo

Same as Woody then. I managed to blag a cancellation, otherwise I'd be waiting till June. Kinda sucks though as I'll be needing several visits. Probably take a year to get finished. 400 quid a day he charges. Pretty steep, although I'd say that's pretty fair for a custom job from someone of Woody's ...

Looks sick Carlos. I'm booked in with woody to get my leg sleeved, below the knee, in January. Wouldn't mind checking out Frith Street at some point though. That guy looks pretty talented. It's definitely worth paying the extra buck to get a decent tattooist I think.
